About the Aircraft Door Detector / Warning Device

Here is a slide show of a Passenger Boarding Bridge installed with a Door Detector and the shocking photos of the Passenger Door nearly touching the floor of the PBB.

Our product is ETL Listed and Patented

The Airline industry has had several problems with the L-1 passenger entrance door making contact with floor of the Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB) when passengers board the plane.

We have developed a product that will prevent potential damage to an aircraft. Our product is called the Aircraft Door Detector / Warning Device. It detects the door before making contact with the floor of the PBB and it has audible/visual warning devices to alert a Gate Agent.

When an aircraft is damaged, all of the passengers on the aircraft have to unload, and the repairs to the door can cost as much as $200.000 plus the cost of an aircraft "Out of Rotation"
